Ashley Wellwood is the founder and Director of Agile Building Group, bringing more than twenty years of hands-on experience across residential construction, renovations, and extensions. A qualified carpenter with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management, Ash combines practical trade knowledge, with structured oversight on every project which in turn, provides Agile Clients with constant guidance, the highest standards in quality control, and clear communication as work progresses.

Having previously worked as a site supervisor for a Victorian building company, and led complex renovations and heritage restorations for a multitude of developments, Ash established Agile Building Group to deliver a more considered building experience – one defined by quality workmanship, clear communication, and unwavering involvement. Working directly with Ashley gives clients a single point of leadership, where decisions are guided carefully and the build progresses with clarity rather than assumption.
